NUTELLA PASTRIES

RECIPE

Ingredients
1 lb - 450 g Flour 00
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sugar
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
4 Eggs
1 tbsp - 15 g Vanilla Extract
4 ½ oz - 125 g Nutella
Powdered Sugar
Salt
Directions
In a bowl put flour, sugar, vanilla, butter, a pinch of salt and eggs then stir well then knead.
Roll out the dough then make pastries with a circle mold and garnish with nutella then close.
In baking pan with parchment paper put pastries.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 min.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve.
