CLAMS PASTA

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Pasta
1 lb - 450 g Clams
9 oz - 250 g Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
2 Chopped Garlic cloves
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry garlic until golden then add tomato and fry until golden then add clams and pour white wine and let it evaporate then season with salt and black pepper then cook for 10 min.
In a pot with boiling salted water cook pasta.
Mix pasta and mixture then sprinkle with parsley.
Serve.
