RICOTTA & WALNUTS PASTA
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Pasta
9 oz - 250 g Ricotta cheese
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Shelled Walnuts
In a mixer put extravirgin olive oil and walnuts and stir well then add ricotta and little bit of cooking water then stir well.
In a pot with boiling salted water cook pasta then drain it.
In a bowl stir pasta with mixture.
