100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 Boiled Diced Cauliflower
9 oz - 250 g Flour 00
3 Ice Cubes
Mix water and flour until mixture will be smooth and without lumps then let rest in refrigerator for 30 min then add 3 ice cubes then season with salt and black pepper then stir well and dip cauliflower in the mixture.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry cauliflower until golden.
