MILANESE CUTLETS

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Sliced Veal
4 Beaten Eggs
Breadcrumbs
1 Lemon
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
Dip veal in beaten eggs seasoned with salt and black pepper then dip in breadcrumbs.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry veal on both sides until golden.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Serve.
