ONIONS & POTATOES FRITTERS
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
6 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
4 Sliced Onions
4 ½ oz - 125 g Breadcrumbs
4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
In a bowl mix potatoes, onions, eggs, breadcrumbs and parmigiano then season with salt and black pepper then stir well and make fritters.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry fritters on both sides until golden.
