1 lb - 450 g Almonds Flour
9 oz - 250 g Sugar
6 Whipped Egg Whites
1 tbsp - 15 g Baking Powder
In a bowl put almonds, sugar, baking powder and egg whites then stir well and make balls then let stand for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake in preheated oven at 160°C / 320° F for 20 min.
