RICOTTA & CHOCOLATE COOKIES
1 lb - 450 g Flour 00
9 oz - 250 g Ricotta Cheese
4 ½ oz - 125 g Chopped Dark Chocolate
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sugar
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
1 tbsp - 15 g Vanilla Extract
In a bowl put flour, sugar, vanilla, butter, a pinch of salt and eggs then stir well then knead.
In a bowl put ricotta and dark chocolate then stir well.
Roll out the dough then make cookies with a circle mold and garnish with mixture then close.
In baking pan with parchment paper put cookies.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for 20 min.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
