9 oz - 250 g Almond Flour
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sugar
3 Whipped Egg Whites
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
1 tsp - 5 g Vanilla Extract
In a bowl put egg whites, butter and vanilla then pour sugar and almond flour then stir well.
Place the mixture into a pastry bag and let it stand for 12 h. in the fridge then make cookies on a baking pan with parchment and decorate with candied cherries.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C / 360°F for 10 min. until golden.
