9 oz - 250 g Flour 00
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sugar
2 ½ oz - 60 g Whisped Egg Whites
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
1 tsp - 5 g Vanilla Extract
9 oz - 250 g Custard
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sliced Strawberries
2 ½ oz - 60 g Raspberries
In a bowl put egg whites, butter and vanilla then pour sugar and flour then knead well.
Form a loaf and cover with plastic wrap then let it in the fridge for 1 h then make pastries with a mold.
In a baking pan with parchment paper put pastries.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C /360°F for 30 min until golden then let cool.
Garnish with custard, strawberries and raspberries.
