RICOTTA & COCOA CAKE

RECIPE

Ingredients
1 lb - 450 g Flour 00
3 oz - 75 g Cocoa Powder
9 oz - 250 g Ricotta Cheese
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sugar
4 ½ oz - 125 g Melted Butter
4 Egg Yolks
4 Whipped Egg Whites
1 tbsp - 15 g Baking Powder
Powdered Sugar
Salt
Directions
In a bowl with butter put egg yolks, flour, sugar, baking powder a pinch of salt and ricotta then stir well then add cocoa and egg whites then stir well.
In a floured and buttered cake pan of 11 inches diameter pour mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for 45 min.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve.
