9 oz - 250 g Flour 00
9 oz - 250 g Softened Butter
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sugar
1 Lemon Zest
4 Eggs
1 tbsp - 15 g Vanilla Extract
4 ½ oz - 125 g Powdered Sugar
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
½ cup - 125 ml Lemon Juice
3 Whipped Egg Yolks
1 Lemon Zest
In a bowl put flour, vanilla, sugar, butter, eggs, a pinch of salt and lemon zest then stir well.
Roll out dough then make cookies with a mold.
In a baking pan with parchment paper put cookies.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for about 15 min until golden.
In a pot put lemon juice, butter and sugar then cook low heat for about 5 min.
In a bowl put egg yolks and lemon zest and stir well then add to mixture and cook low heat for about 5 min. then let cool.
Garnish cookies with mixture.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
