MARGHERITA CAKE

RECIPE

Ingredients
9 oz - 250 g Flour 00
9 oz - 250 g Potato Starch
6 Eggs
9 oz - 250 g Sugar
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
½ cup - 125 ml Milk
1 tbsp - 15 g Baking Powder
1 Lemon Peel
Powdered Sugar
Salt
Directions
In a bowl put sugar and flour then add potato starch, egg, butter, milk, lemon peel and baking powder then add a pinch of salt then stir well.
In a floured and buttered cake pan of 11 inches diameter pour the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for 40 min.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve.
