Grana Padano Cheese is an italian hard, slow-ripened, semi-fat cheese.
Grana Padano Cheese is produced exclusively in 32 provinces of Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Piedmont, Trentino-Alto Adige and Veneto Regions in the Po River Valley, area of Northern Italy.   
There are 3 types of Grana Padano Cheese:
Grana Padano, aged under 16 months, with a creamy texture and delicate taste;
Grana Padano, aged over 16 months, with a crumblier texture and more pronounced taste;
Grana Padano Riserva, aged over 20 months, with a grainy texture and full taste.
