MUSSELS SOUP

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
2 lbs - 900 g Mussels
9 oz - 250 g Diced Tomatoes
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a pan with extravirgin oliv oil fry garlic until golden then add tomato and cook for 5 min then season with salt and black pepper then put mussels and cook for 5 min then pour white wine and let it evaporate.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve.
