BEANS SOUP
RECIPE
Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 Chopped Onion
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
9 oz - 250 g Fresh Beans
4 ½ oz - 125 g Tomato Sauce
2 cups - 500 ml Water
3 oz - 75 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
1 oz - 25 g Chopped Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a pot with extravirgin olive oil fry onion and garlic until golden then add beans and tomato sauce then stir well.
Season with salt and black pepper then pour water and cook covered for 30 min.
Sprinkle with parmigiano and parsley then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil.
Serve.
