SEAFOOD PASTA

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Pasta
1 lb - 450 g Clams
9 oz - 250 g Shrimps
1 Chopped Onion
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
9 oz - 250 g Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry garlic and onion until golden then put the clams and pour the white wine then cook until let it evaporate then pour tomato and shrimp, season with salt, black pepper and parsley.
In a pot with boiling salted water cook pasta.
Mix pasta with mixture and drizzle with extravirgin olive oil
Serve.
