SAUSAGE & PROVOLONE ROLLS
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Sliced Beef
9 oz - 250 g Sliced Provolone Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Stripped Sausage
9 oz - 250 g Tomato Sauce
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
½ cup - 125 ml Red Wine
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
Roll out veal then garnish with sausage and provolone then season with salt and black pepper then close with toothpick.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry garlic until golden then add rolls and fry until golden then pour red wine and let evaporate then add tomato sauce and cook for 20 min.
Sprinkle with parsley.
