Ricotta & Spinach Balls

RICOTTA & SPINACH BALLS

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Chopped Boiled Spinach
1 lb - 450 g Ricotta Cheese
4 Eggs
4 ½ oz - 125 g Flour 00
4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Tomato Sauce
Salt
Black Pepper
Nutmeg
Directions
In a bowl mix spinach, ricotta, eggs, parmigiano, flour, nutmeg, salt and black pepper.
Make balls with the mixture then put them in a baking dish with parchment paper then garnish with tomato sauce and asiago then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 min.
Serve.
