Marsala Scaloppine

MARSALA SCALOPPINE

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Sliced Veal
6 Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
½ cup - 125 ml Marsala Wine
Flour
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a plate dip veal in the flour on both sides.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry veal until golden then add tomato then season with salt and black pepper and cook for 10 min.
Drizzle with marsala and cook for 5 min then sprinkle with parsley.
Serve.
