RICOTTA & POTATOES BALLS

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
6 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
9 oz - 250 g Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs
4 ½ oz - 125 g Breadcrumbs
4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Basil
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl mix potatoes, ricotta, eggs, basil, breadcrumbs and parmigiano then season with salt and black pepper then stir well and make balls.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry balls on both sides until golden.
Serve.
