CAPRI SCALOPPINE

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Sliced Veal
12 Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
Flour 00
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Basil
Black Olives
Desalted Capers
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a plate dip veal in the flour on both sides.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry veal until golden then add tomato, black olives and capers then season with salt and black pepper and cook for 10 min.
Drizzle with white wine and cook for 5 min then sprinkle with basil.
Serve.
