RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
9 oz - 250 g Spaghetti Pasta Cooked and Seasoned
4 eggs
4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Diced Mozzarella Cheese
4 ½ oz - 125 g Prosciutto - Baked Ham
9 oz - 250 g Tomato Sauce
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl mix eggs, prosciutto, mozzarella, parmigiano, tomato sauce and season with salt and black pepper then add pasta and stir well.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil cook it until golden on both sides.
Serve.
