1 lb - 450 g Mascarpone Cheese
1 lb - 450 g Ladyfingers
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sugar
1 cup - 250 ml Espresso Coffee
6 Egg Yolks
6 Whipped Egg Whites
In a bowl put egg yolks and sugar then stir well then add mascarpone and egg whites then stir well.
Dip ladyfingers in the espresso coffee then make a layer with ladyfinger in a baking pan then garnish with mixture then cover with another layer of ladyfinger and continue until completion.
Sprinkle with cocoa and let it stand for at least 2 h in the fridge.
