9 oz - 250 g Flour 00
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sugar
2 ½ oz - 60 g Whipped Egg Whites
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
1 tsp - 5 g Vanilla Extract
9 oz - 250 g Custard
In a bowl put egg whites, butter, a pinch of salt and vanilla then pour sugar and flour then knead well
Form a loaf and cover with plastic wrap then let it in the fridge for 1 h then roll out dough in 1 layer and make pastries with a mold then fill with custard and cover with other dough and close up.
In a baking pan with parchment paper put pastries.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C /360°F for about 30 min until golden then let cool.
