NUTELLA PANCAKES

RECIPE

Ingredients
For the Filling
4 ½ oz - 125 g Nutella
For the Dough
Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Ricotta Cheese
Salt
1 tsp - 5 g Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp - 15 g Baking Powder
4 ½ oz - 450 g Flour 00
4 Eggs
Powdered Sugar
Directions
In a bowl put ricotta, vanilla, baking powder, flour, eggs and a pinch of salt then stir well.
Drop heaping spoonfuls of dough into hot extravirgin olive oil then cook until golden.
Fill with nutella then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve immediately.
