RECIPE

Ingredients
2 Rolls Shortcrust Pastry
2 lb - 900 g Plain Gelato
Cocoa Powder
Directions
In a cake pan put first roll shortcrust pastry and pour gelato then put second roll shortcrust pastry and cover with gelato.
Let stand in the frezeer for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with cocoa.
Serve.
