BISCOTTI COOKIES

RECIPE

Ingredients
  
5 oz – 150 g Softened Butter
8 oz – 225 g Flour 00
3 oz – 75 g Powdered Sugar
1 tsp – 5 g Baking Powder  
1 Egg
1 tbsp – 15 g Vanilla Extract
3 oz – 75 g Melted Dark Chocolate
Directions
In bowl add butter, sugar, flour, vanilla, egg and baking powder then stir well then place mixture into a pastry bag and let it stand for 30 m. in the fridge then make cookies on a baking pan with parchment and decorate with dark chocolate.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C / 360°F for 10 min. until golden.
Serve.
