ZUCCHINI PASTY

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Diced Zucchini
1 oz - 15 g Flour 00
½ cup - 125 ml Milk
6 Eggs
4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
4 ½ oz - 125 g Breadcrumbs
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry zucchini until golden.
In a mixer put flour, milk, eggs, salt, black pepper and parmigiano then mix well.
In a bowl stir zucchini and mixture.
In a oiled baking dish pour mixture then sprinkle with parmigiano and breadcrumbs then bake at 200°/400°F for 30 min. until golden.
Serve.
