MEAT & BELL PEPPERS ROLLS

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 Roll Puff Pastry
1 lb - 450 g Meat Minced
2 Chopped Red Bell Peppers
1 Chopped Onion
1 lb - 450 g Meat Minced
2 Chopped Red Bell Peppers
1 Chopped Onion
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry onion and pepper until golden then add meat and cook for 20 min then add parsley, salt and black pepper and stir.
Roll out the pastry and garnish with mixture then roll up and close.
Put in a baking dish and bake at 200°C / 400°F for 15 min.
Serve.
