STUFFED ARTICHOKES

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
8 Boiled Artichokes
4 ½ oz - 125 g Breadcrumbs
4 ½ oz - 125 g Pecorino Cheese
4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl mix beadcrumbs, pecorino, parmigiano and parsley then season with salt and black pepper then stir well.
Fill artichokes with mixture.
In a baking dish put artichokes then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 10 min.
Serve.
