9 oz - 250 g Flour 00

9 oz - 250 g Mashed Boiled Pumpkin

6 Eggs

8 oz - 225 g Sugar

4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter

1 tbsp - 15 g Baking Powder

1 tsp - 5 g Cinnamon

Powdered Sugar

Salt

In a bowl put sugar and flour then add pumpkin, egg, butter and baking powder then add a pinch of salt then stir well.

In a floured and buttered cake pan of 11 inches diameter pour the mixture.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for about 40 min.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve.
