Ingredients
1 Roll Diced Puff Pastry
4 ½ oz - 125 g Strawberries Jam
1 Egg Yolk
Powdered Sugar
Directions
Garnish puff pastry with jam then close with another puff pastry layer.
Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
In a baking pan with parchment paper put sfoglie.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for 30 min.
Serve.
