1 lb - 450 g Flour 00
8 oz - 225 g Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
3 Whipped Egg Whites
1 tbsp -15 g Baking Powder
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
4 ½ oz - 125 g Chopped Hazelnuts
In a bowl put sugar, egg yolks, butter, flour and baking powder then add egg whites, a pinch of salt and hazelnuts then knead well and roll out dough then make cookies with a mold then garnish with hazelnuts.
In a baking pan with parchment paper put cookies and let stand for 30 min.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for about 30 min until golden.
