						HAZELNUTS & COCOA COOKIES

Ingredients

						lb - 450 g Flour 00
						
						8
						oz - 225 g Sugar
						
						4
						½ oz – Chopped Hazelnuts
						
						3
						oz - 75 gl Cocoa
						
						3
						Egg Yolks
						
						3
						Whipped Egg Whites
						
						1
						tbsp - 15 g Baking Powder
						
						4
						½ oz - 125
						g Softened Butter
						
						Salt
								Directions
									In a bowl put sugar and egg yolks, butter, flour, cocoa, hazelnuts and baking powder then add egg whites and a pinch of salt then stir well and make cookies.   
 
								
							 In a baking pan with parchment paper put cookies and let stand for 30 min.
  Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for about 30 min. until golden.
  Serve.
