						COFFEE & COCOA CAKE

Ingredients

						lb - 450 g Flour 00

						oz - 225 g Sugar
						
						3
						oz - 75 g  Cocoa
						
						½
						cup - 125 ml
						Espresso Coffee
						
						3
						Egg Yolks
						
						3
						Whipped Egg Whites
						
						1
						tbsp - 15 g Baking Powder

						½ oz - 125
						g Softened Butter
						
						Salt
								Directions
						In
						a bowl put sugar, egg yolks, butter, flour, coffee, cocoa and baking
						powder then add egg whites and a pinch of salt then stir well.
						
						In
						a floured and buttered cake pan of 11 inches diameter pour the
						mixture.
						
						Bake
						in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for 40 min.
						
						Serve.
