AMARETTI & CHOCOLATE CAKES

Ingredients
9 oz - 250 g Flour 00
4 ½ oz - 125 g Chopped Amaretti Cookies
4 ½ oz - 125 g Chopped Dark Chocolate
6 Eggs
8 oz - 225 g Sugar
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
1 tbsp - 15 g Baking Powder
Powdered Sugar
Salt
Directions
In a bowl put sugar and flour then add amaretti, dark chocolate, egg, butter and baking powder then add a pinch of salt then stir well.
In a floured and buttered cake pan of 11 inches diameter pour the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for 40 min.
Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.
Serve.
