FIGS COOKIES

RECIPE

Ingredients
9 oz - 250 g Flour 00
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sugar
2 ½ oz - 60 g Whipped Egg Whites
4 ½ oz - 125 g Softened Butter
4 ½ oz - 125 g Dried Figs
4 Figs
3 oz - 75 g Finely Chopped Almonds
Directions
In a bowl put egg whites, butter then pour sugar and flour then stir well.
In a mixer put dried figs, figs and almonds.
Roll out dough then garnish with mixture and roll up then cut cookies.
In a baking pan with parchment paper put cookies.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C /360°F for 20 min. until golden.
Serve cold.
