1 Roll Shortcrust Pastry
1 lb - 450 g Custard
10 Sliced Figs
¼ cup - 60 ml Apple Juice
In a cake pan with parchment paper roll out shortcrust pastry.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for 40 min.
Garnish with custard and figs then drizzle with apple juice.
