100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
4 Sliced Apples
½ cup - 125 ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg Yolk
9 oz - 250 g Flour 00
1 cup - 250 ml Milk
Drizzle apples with lemon juice.
Prepare a batter with egg, egg yolk, flour and milk then add a pinch salt and stir well.
Dip apples in the batter and in a pan with hot extravirgin olive oil fry apples until golden.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
