SALAME & PECORINO PASTA
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Pasta
9 oz - 250 g Diced Tomatoes
4 ½ oz - 125 g Pecorino Cheese
4 ½ oz - 125 g Diced Salame
1 Chopped Onion
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry onion until golden then add salame and fry until golden then tomato and season with salt and black pepper then cook for 15 min., in the end add pecorino cheese and stir well.
In a pot with boiling salted water cook pasta then drain it.
In a bowl stir pasta with sauce and sprinkle with basil.
