CACIO & PEPE PASTA
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Pasta
4 ½ oz - 125 g Cacio Cheese
In a pot with boiling salted water cook pasta then drain it.
In a bowl put cacio then season with black pepper then pour a little bit of water cooking and stir well.
In a pan stir pasta and sauce then cook for 1 min.
