STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
4 Bell Peppers
1 lb - 450 g Minced Meat
9 oz - 250 g Minced Sausage
2 Eggs
2 Chopped Onion
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
Cut in half and clean bell peppers.
In a bowl with extravirgin olive oil put meat, sausage, eggs, onion, garlic and parmigiano then season with salt and black pepper then stir well.
Fill bell peppers with mixture.
In a baking dish put bell peppers then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil and bake at 200°C/400°F for 30 min.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve.
