RICOTTA & SPINACH DUMPLINGS
100% Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 Puff Pastry Roll
9 oz - 250 g Ricotta Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Boiled Spinach
In a bowl with extravirgin olive oil put ricotta and spinach then season with black pepper and salt then stir well.
Cut puff pastry in squares then garnish with mixture.
In a baking dish with parchment paper put dumplings.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for about 30 min until golden.
