PIZZAIOLA EGGPLANT

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
2 Sliced Fried Eggplant
9 oz - 250 g Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Tomato Sauce
Capers
Oregano
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a baking dish put eggplant then garnish with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and capers then season with salt, black pepper and oregano then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 15 min.
Serve.
