SEAFOOD SALAD

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
2 lb - 900 g Boiled Diced Octopus
1 lb - 450 g Boiled Shrimps
1 lb - 450 g Boiled Mussels
1 Diced Red Bell Pepper
1 Chopped Celery
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
2 Lemons
Pitted Green Olives
Pitted Black Olives
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl pour lemon juice and extravirgin olive oil then season with salt and black pepper then stir well.
In a bowl put octopus, shrimps, red bell pepper, celery and garlic then season with mixture and stir well.
Let stand for 15 min.
Serve.
