Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
4 lb - 1.8 Kg Boiled Octopus
3 Diced Boiled Potatoes
1 tbsp - 15 ml Wine Vinegar
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
Green Olives
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a bowl put octopus and potatoes then add parsley and season with salt and black pepper then drizzle with vinegar and extravirgin olive oil and stir well.
Let stand for 15 min.
Serve.
