Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Pasta
9 oz - 250 g Mozzarella Cheese Balls
10 Diced Cherry Tomatoes
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Basil
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl with extravirgin olive oil put mozzarella, tomato and basil then season with salt and black pepper and stir well.
In a pot with boiling salted water cook pasta.
Mix Pasta and mixture and stir well.
Let stand for 15 min.
Serve.
