PANTESCA SALAD

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 Sliced Red Onion
4 Diced Tomatoes
4 Diced Boiled Potatoes
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Basil
Black Olives
1 tbsp - 15 ml Red Vinegar
Black Pepper
Salt
Capers
Oregano
Directions
In a bowl put onion, potato, tomato and basil then mix well and add olives, capers and oregano then sprinkle with salt and black pepper then drizzle with vinegar and extravirgin olive oil then stir well.
Let stand for 15 min.
Serve.
