RECIPE
Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
2 lb - 900 g Diced Boiled Potatoes
2 Sliced Cucumbers
1 Diced Red Onion
4 ½ oz - 125 g Pitted Green Olives
2 Sliced Cucumbers
1 Diced Red Onion
4 ½ oz - 125 g Pitted Green Olives
1 tbsp - 15 ml White Vinegar
2 g - 50 g Chopped BasilOregano
Salt
Directions
In a large bowl put potatoes, cucumbers, green olives, basil, salt, oregano, white vinegar and extravirgin olive oil then stir well.
Let stand for 15 min.
Serve.
